Name: Danielle Baer
School: Bucknell University
Danielle Baer is a junior in her third season as student manager for the Bucknell Women's Basketball team. She is the only manager for a squad that has won back-to-back regular season Patriot League championships and qualified for the NCAA Tournament this past season. Being the only manager in the program means all of the managerial duties fall to her and, additionally, she is constantly looking for ways to take additional tasks from players, staff and coaches. There is not a member of the program that doesn't openly gush about Danielle's work ethic or praise her regularly for how she continually makes their life easier. Baer carries a 3.67 GPA, while majoring in Geography with a minor in Economics. In addition to her duties with the team, she is active in her sorority and many local community service projects. Currently she is also working as a non-profit researcher conducting comparative analysis research in order to combat the rapidly dwindling population of a local community.
