Dylan Henry - Manager of the Week

Name: Dylan Henry
School: BGSU
Program: Football
Why Dylan deserves this award:
"Dylan has been a force multiplier since he arrived in our department. We live by the mantra of less is more and that we can do more with less than anyone in the country. Dylan has been the leader of that fight. There is no task too big or small that he hasn't attacked with a smile on his face and joy in his heart.
This past fall we had a student manager have a seizure in the laundry room while I was out running errands. Dylan was able to get help, and rode with his fellow student to the hospital and stayed with him until the student's parents arrived. He made all the necessary phone calls and did his best to keep his fellow student manager calm and taken care of.
Here recently my wife gave birth to our 4th son a few weeks early. Dylan stepped up and ran the equipment room and did all the work for recruiting weekends while I was home with our new blessing. I've never worried about a task not being done with Dylan in charge of it. None of us are perfect, that is why we are here on this Earth. But he is the model by which I hope all of our student managers try to be. He does everything asked of him, expecting nothing in return. He exemplifies our motto: STAY UNKNOWN!"
