MOAM is excited to announce the following 3 finalists for the  Annual Graduate Assistant of the Year Game Ball.

 Name: Kyle Combs
 School: The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina
​

Kyle Combs just completed his first season as a graduate assistant for the The Citadel Men’s Basketball team. Prior to The Citadel, Kyle was a health and PE teacher and assistant basketball coach at Reid Ross Classical School. Kyle played four years of basketball at Methodist University, serving as captain for one season and also served as President of SAAC for one year. Currently, at The Citadel, Ryan is pursuing a Master’s in Leadership.

Name: Olivia Bresnahan
School: Duquesne University

Olivia Bresnahan is majoring in marketing at the Duquesne University.  She started her career at Florida State and then transferred to Duquesne to finish out her athletic career.  She played key roles for both teams.  As a grad assistant for the Duquesne Women's basketball team, her role stayed the same--playing a key role in the organization and its success.

Name: Chris Huey 
School: St. John's University 
​

Chris Huey just finished his first season as a graduate assistant at St. John’s University. As a GA, Huey assists with all video operations, while also providing support to the coaching staff in the preparation of statistical analysis and scouting reports. Huey is a University of Kansas alum, where he served as a student manager for 3 seasons. While at Kansas, Huey was the first manager to suit up for a game under Bill Self. Prior to this year he served as the Video Coordinator for Santa Clara University for one season, following a short stint as an intern for the Philadelphia 76ers.
