Minneapolis, Minnesota. February 20, 2015—Managers On A Mission (MOAM) awarded 3 scholarships to applicants for the Texon Athletics Scholarship in the fall of 2014.

Thanks to generous sponsors, Texon Towel and Herma’s Readers, three scholarships were awarded; first place was $1000 and awarded to McIntyre Webb (Western Michigan), second place was $500 and awarded to Ryan Francis (Liberty University), and third place was $250 and awarded to Olivia Smith (Liberty University).

Ryan responded to this scholarship by saying that "this was a wonderful experience, one that once I completed realized that it was a worthwhile endeavor regardless the outcome. The scholarship is a bonus to the experience. I appreciate the kind words and work that you guys (MOAM) do as an organization.”

The winners were selected based on their essay in response to the book Uncommon by Tony Dungy. 200 copies were distributed by MOAM to Student Managers throughout the country.

Texon Athletic Towel & Laundry Supply is a leading sports equipment vendor and family owned business, which provides athletic towel, laundry and locker room supply to high schools, colleges, and professional athletics around the country.
